Welcome to the Home of the Winfield Tigers!

Winfield School District 34 is a district with a tradition of excellence, community support, and historical significance. The structure of the Primary School on Winfield Road includes the original one room schoolhouse, which represents the rich history that is woven throughout the District 34 community. The Primary School is filled with excitement, laughter, and a joy of learning, as our preschool through second grade students establish a solid foundation of academic and social skills under the guidance of the dedicated and energetic teachers on our Primary Team.

Central School is located right across the street and its award winning remodeled structure features an optimal learning environment for our third through eighth grade students. The modern design represents the commitment to the future of our students in preparing them to excel in endeavors beyond their time spent in District 34. Our Intermediate and Middle School Teams are comprised of committed and talented teachers who have high expectations for their students and provide the support and direction needed to promote academic excellence.

District 34 publishes a weekly newsletter called Tiger Prints. This week's online edition can be found on the Home Page of the website, and past editions can be found here. Each edition includes dates for upcoming events, as well as an article I write to share my thoughts and provide information to our families.
