ONLINE REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

If you choose to use your phone instead of a computer/tablet, you will need to install the TeacherEase app on your phone. The layout of your phone device does look different from the layout of the computer/tablet.

From your browser, go to the www.teacherease.com.

Enter your login information at the top of the TeacherEase web-site and proceed to log into the system.

Type in your email address and the password. You should then see the "Parent Main" page.

Click on the Online Registration Banner on the top. If you are registering a returning student, make sure you click on the second option: “Continue registration existing student(s). If you are registering a new student for the first time in Winfield School District 34 for the school year 2026-27 click on the first option. Parents will need to complete a registration for each student. You will need to click on each student's name. If you have a new child starting, add them as a new student to the same TeacherEase account.

Please update any information that has changed, including address, phone numbers, emergency contacts, etc.

Upload any forms/documents needed into your online registration. In order for your registration to be COMPLETED, ALL forms/documents need to be submitted. Proof of Residency is needed YEARLY.

2026-2027 KINDERGARTEN OPEN HOUSE
On Tuesday, April 14, 2026 in the Primary Building, we will be having our Kindergarten Open House from 4:00-6:00 PM. Parents and/or guardians of students residing within District #34, who will be 5 years of age on or before September 1, are invited to attend. This will be an informational meeting to learn more about the kindergarten program. Parents should bring their child and the following items; 3 proofs of residency (i.e. utility bill, driver's license, tax bill) and your child’s birth certificate (county stamped original).
